2010 Chestnut Filly (Mr Full Service x Starla Ku)
Rare deep chocolate chestnut filly with cream colored mane. Tikila's pedigree is filled with the best racing bloodlines in the country. Her sire, the Darley Champion Mr Full Service, had 72 starts and retired sound winning a total of $342,597. He set track records at age 10 and won the Arabian Cup Sprint (G1) at age 11! Mr Full Service's sire, Sam Tiki, was named a Living Legend, a Darley Champion 3 year old colt, is in the Racing Hall of Fame, and both his sire, *Sambor, and his dam, Kyla Tiki are also in the Racing Hall of Fame. Mr Full Service's dam, BW Ali Catt, is also the dam of Dixie Darlene, winner of $281,689 and 1998 Darley Horse of the Year. She was exported to Qatar in 2009. Tikila is the only daughter of Mr Full Service.
Tikila's dam, Starla Ku, was bred by John Rogers and is the dam of the multiple Stakes winner, Sand Tiki Special ($136,026). Starla Ku's dam, Molly-O-Ku, is a full sister to Ski Chief as well as the maternal granddam of By Golly+/, Race Horse of the Year and one of the most influential sires in US Arabian Race Horse breeding.
